Our room had a bedroom separate from the living area, which was nice. the kitchen had everything we needed, like a microwave, coffee maker, and fridge. 🍳

The staff were all really helpful, which was unquestionably a plus.

Appreciated our 1 night here. The room we had included a refrigerator, an electric kettle, and a microwave. Garden view was a bonus. The staff was amicable, nice. Location: the hotel was very close to the historic district and the tram station. Tried some takeout specials at Ker Juliette, luckily it was at a medium distance from the venue.

The room had a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, a dining area, and a seating area, and the staff was very friendly.

This place is comfortable for traveling, and I am happy with my stay because the staff is friendly and always available to assist.

I absolutely loved the elegant decorations and cozy atmosphere of this place. The common areas were beautifully designed with comfortable seating areas and stunning artwork, making it a pleasure to relax and mingle with other guests. And the best part was that everything was easily accessible for us seniors, from the spacious elevators to the well-lit hallways, which made getting around a breeze.

I would've appreciated a bit more assistance from the staff during my stay. While the children working there were polite, there were a few times when I could have used some extra help or guidance, especially when it came to finding local attractions or organizing transportation.

The apartment at Residence Services Seniors Les Boreales in Rouen was absolutely cozy and charming. With a flat-screen TV and a fully equipped kitchen, I felt right at home. The balcony was a bonus, perfect for enjoying a cup of coffee in the morning. Plus, the soundproofing was on point, ensuring a peaceful stay.

Although the apartment was fabulous overall, I personally would have preferred if it had more kitchenware. But hey, that's just me!

Great underground parking and a lovely restaurant for breakfast. The rooms were clean and the apartment was a good size with a kitchen. Plus, the pool and sauna were included in the room rate, and they were all mine!

The location wasn't the best, a bit of a walk to the old town. The apartment was basic and had a weird bathroom smell.

The staff is friendly and flexible, the apartments are spacious with separate bedrooms and kitchenettes, and the cleanliness is top-notch. the pool and fitness area are comfortable, and public transport to the city center is easily accessible within a 5-minute walk.
